Just an amazing place to stay. the house is amazing and is super cozy. It's very clean. The pool and the hot tub are very modern with touch screen controls. Communication was excellent and anything we needed they handled. If there was 6 stars I would give it. Thanks for making our stay so special!

" We stayed in Serenity for about a month. The home is fantastic, neighborhood safe and clean…and the back of the house is like a resort. We used the pool and spa almost everyday. Inside the house we found everything we needed including high speed internet, new tv's and all the kitchen tools we could imagine. We didn't miss a thing. We will rent this home again. Best we found anywhere!

The team from BTSVV is top notch. They are responsive and very very professional. Tanya, Forrest and Josie are the most customer service oriented management company I have ever experienced. They also provide great guidance and are a wealth of local information. I fully trust this team! " - Bob D

This home is as advertised. Everything is literally brand new. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and the back yard is gorgeous!!!

" Our family of five all loved Casa Serenity. The house was neat, clean and had everything you could ask for but the icing on the cake was the back patio with the pool and hot tub overlooking the waterway. We spent hours each day on the patio enjoying the palm trees. Waiving to the boats, Watching the iguanas, swimming and relaxing on the lounge chairs.  Tanya was always a text away to answer any questions. It as a great vacation. " - Wendy F

" If you are looking for the perfect place , Serenity Rental Properties is the place . The inside of the house is amazing & spacious bedrooms. The outside is perfect , patio, pool & hot tub. Sitting on the patio in the morning enjoying a coffee or an adult beverage in the evening . There’s nothing better !! Complete bonus for our family was having a washer & dryer . There is also a nice supply of games to keep the kids occupied in the down time. We had many of competitive ping pong games , that both the adults & kids could enjoy together . " Not only are the owners the nicest people in the world there place is an oasis.. extremely clean, comfy beds, washer & dryer & kitchen fully stocked with all cooking essentials.
